40% Lease-On Rate (Best for Drivers Who Want Full Support)
- Covers factoring, dispatching, insurance, compliance, permits, and back-office support

- Ideal for drivers who want a hands-off experience with everything managed for them
30% Lease-On Rate (For Independent Operators)
- Includes dispatching, compliance, and back-office support
- Driver is responsible for their own insurance and fuel costs
- Best for drivers who want support but maintain control over their expenses
15% Lease-On Rate (For Experienced, Self-Sufficient Operators)
- Full independence – drivers handle factoring, insurance, compliance, and dispatching
- Access to our carrier network and load boards
- Best for drivers who want the lowest lease-on percentage and can manage their own operations
Requirements to Join
To lease onto ON Logistics Corp, you must meet the following requirements:
Class A CDL – Must have a valid commercial driver’s license.
Own Equipment – Must have your own truck and trailer (Flatbed Hotshot or Big Rig).
Authority & Compliance – Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements.
Active Insurance – Must carry required insurance (unless on our 40% plan).
Experience Preferred – At least 1 year of driving experience is recommended.

Onboarding Process & Fees
We make it simple to get started with ON Logistics Corp.
One-Time Onboarding Fee:
- $1,500 for Hotshot Drivers
- $2,500 for Big Rig Drivers
This fee covers:
- Carrier onboarding & setup
- Compliance & safety training
- ELD registration & setup
- Load board access & dispatch integration
- IRP Registration & Apportioned Plates (We handle the entire process, including paperwork submission and setup. State-specific IRP fees are covered under the onboarding fee.)
